In the mid-twenties, art deco was in fashion worldwide. Artfully incorporating this new impulse, Mikimoto once again reinvented its own unique domain. Among the results were stately combinations of pearls and colored stones such as jade and onyx. A Mikimoto style suffused with grace and dignity had clearly taken shape. |
