Regardless of where you bought your Mikimoto jewellery, you can always bring your necklace to any Mikimoto store for assistance. Please note that the repair charge and turnaround will differ between our Japanese and overseas stores. Please contact a Mikimoto store near you for details.
All Mikimoto jewellery can be identified by our trademark, either or the MIKIMOTO name engraved on every jewel.
