Where are your areas of delivery? Do you ship overseas?

Our products can only be shipped within Japan.

Regardless of where you bought your Mikimoto jewellery, you can always bring your necklace to any Mikimoto store for assistance. Please note that the repair charge and turnaround will differ between our Japanese and overseas stores. Please contact a Mikimoto store near you for details.

How do I know my jewellery is Mikimoto?

All Mikimoto jewellery can be identified by our trademark, either Mikimoto trademark: outline of an oyster with a M inside or the MIKIMOTO name engraved on every jewel.
This engraved mark is your assurance of the highest standards of quality and integrity.
